On the afternoon of June 18, Fox Spirit Matchmaker held its premiere at Beijing Sanlitun Megalo Cinema. This is the first offline premiere for an animated film in China. The premiere took "Everything has boundaries, love and hate have no reason" as the theme of the animation. As China's first online animation work describing the love between humans and "demons", Fox Spirit Matchmaker used such a theme and exquisite posters with ancient Chinese style to attract the attention of the industry and the media. The premiere announced that Fox Spirit Matchmaker will be released online on June 26. The work will be released online and the animation will be updated every two weeks.

Xiaoxin introduced that the inspiration of this animation comes from the classical novels about humans and demons, so the story of "Fox Demon Little Matchmaker" revolves around the love between humans and demons. The lifespan of demons is tens of millions of years, while the lifespan of humans is limited. When humans die, demons live. Humans will be reincarnated, but after reincarnation, they will not remember the love of their previous life. If the demon is infatuated, they will go to the fox demon to "buy" a service so that the reincarnated person can recall the love of the previous life. The character of Fox Demon Matchmaker was born in this way. The work mainly tells a series of interesting and mysterious stories that happened when the fox demon, who is a matchmaker, was in the process of helping lovers in their previous lives.

Xiaoxin graduated from the China Academy of Art and became a contracted cartoonist the second year after graduation. In 2012, he created a long-form work "Fox Spirit Matchmaker", which was invited to be serialized by the popular weekly magazine "Manga SHOW" under Manyou, and was highly praised in print media and new media. In 2013, "Fox Spirit Matchmaker" landed on Tencent Animation Channel as the main serialized work, with a click rate of over 200 million.
