CATDOLL: Hojo Tsukasa's manga "Angel Heart" will be adapted into a live-action Japanese drama to be aired in October

The parallel world work "Angel Heart" of Hojo Tsukasa's classic manga "City Hunter" has recently announced that it will be adapted into a live-action Japanese drama, which is expected to be broadcast on TV in October. It is reported that the script of this work is written by Yuya Takahashi of "Kindaichi Case Files N", and the performance is by Shunsuke Kariyama. The cast has not yet been announced.

Angel Heart is a manga by Japanese manga artist Hojo Tsukasa. The first part was serialized in Weekly Comic Bunch from 2001 to 2010. After Weekly Comic Bunch was discontinued, the manga was transferred to Monthly Comic Zenon for re-serialization and renamed as Part 2. At the beginning of the story, Makimura Kaori unfortunately died in a traffic accident, and her heart was transplanted to Taiwanese killer Li Xiangying. Afterwards, Li Xiangying left the organization and became the daughter of Saeba Ryo, forming a new City Hunter.
