CATDOLL: Blood Blockade Battlefront will have a second season, still produced by Bones

The anime Blood Blockade Battlefront, adapted from the manga by Yasuhiro Naito, also caused quite a stir last year. This work was produced by Bones, an animation production company known for its battles, and it also gave everyone a very good experience. However, the repeated delays of Blood Blockade Battlefront are also a headache, and the final episode was not aired until October. Today (November 30), the official announcement was made that Blood Blockade Battlefront will launch a second season of animation, which will still be produced by Bones. The second season of the animation will be aired in 2017.

At the same time, the official also released a list of some of the production staff for this work. The director of this work will be Takayanagi Shigehito, replacing the previous Matsumoto Rie, and the script will also be replaced by Kamo Seiko. The other production staff has not changed and will still be in charge of the previous staff. The animation production is also handled by Bones.
