CATDOLL: The animation "Bungo Stray Dogs" adds new characters and voice actors such as Hatano Wataru join

The TV anime "Bungo Stray Dogs" which will be aired in April 2016, announced today the new characters and voice actors who will voice them. The new characters are Motojiro Kajii, Ichiyo Higuchi, and Kyoka Izumi. Voice actors Watano Wataru, Asami Seto, and Sumire Moroboshi will voice these three characters.

Kajii Motojiro CV: Hatano Wataru

Motojiro Kajii is a gangster whose ability is the "lemon bomb" and who believes that death is the ultimate science.

Higuchi Ichiyo CV: Seto Asami

A cool and capable blonde girl in trousers. She has the ability to mobilize the fighting organization "Black Lizard". She is an admirer of Akutagawa and a member of the gang leader's direct team.

Izumi Kyoka CV: Sumire Moroboshi

A beautiful girl in kimono. Her ability is "Yaksha Shirayuki". She is a member of the underworld. She has the ability to kill, but was abandoned by the organization and raised as an assassin.

The original work of "Bungo Stray Dogs" was written by the manga of the same name, with scriptwriter Kafka Asagiri and painter Harukawa 35 co-creating it. It tells the story of Japanese modern and contemporary writers (Nakajima Atsushi, Dazai Osamu, Kunikida Dokho, Edogawa Ranpo, Yosano Akiko, Akutagawa Ryunosuke, etc.) using various supernatural powers to fight. The animated version will be broadcast in April 2016.
