As a comic about the happy and healing daily life between an uncle and a little girl, "Alice and Kuroroku" won the Rookie Award in the Comics Department of the 17th Japan Agency for Cultural Affairs Media Arts Festival with its outstanding performance. In the setting, Alice is a girl with superpowers. After escaping from the research institute and coming to the outside world for the first time, Alice met and was adopted by the flower shop owner Kuroroku, and the fate of the two changed from then on.

At present, this novel comic-adapted animation has been confirmed to be produced by the well-known animation company JCSTAFF (Ji Cao Sha). Its director Sakurami Katsushi has directed works such as "God's Notebook". Series composition Takayama Fumihiko and character design Iwakura Kazunori are also well-known figures in the industry.
