In the vast ocean lives a girl named Hikari Kohinata (Flash) who loves diving. She is lively and cheerful, and her energetic personality infects the people around her. When the new semester comes, Flash meets the introverted new classmate Ooki Futaba, and the two girls instantly spark.

Although Futaba is reluctant, Flash still nicknamed her "Little Dot" and invited her to join the diving club. This request was made not long after they met. What will Little Dot's decision be in this sudden situation...
