CATDOLL: 3DCG animation "Cyborg 009" voice actor revealed, Misato Fukuzono confirmed to join

Japanese cartoonist Shotaro Ishimori's classic manga "Cyborg 009" has previously announced that it will launch a new 3DCG animation, a total of 3 parts, which will be released in theaters for a limited two weeks in the winter of 2016. Recently, the official announced the main voice actors of this group, Kawamoto Kisuke, Taneda Risa, Fukuzono Misato, Sato Takuya, Hino Satoshi and other popular voice actors will voice the transformed people.

The production team of this new work has Kenji Kamiyama promoted to general supervisor, the executive supervisor is Kakimoto Hiroyuki, the deputy supervisor of the movie version of "Arpeggio of Blue Steel", and the character designer is Saito Masatsugu, the character designer of "Paradise Chasing". The animation is produced by Signal.MD under the Production IG Group. This production team is really strong.

"Cyborg 009" is an unfinished manga masterpiece by Shotaro Ishimori. The work was serialized from 1964 until Shotaro Ishimori's death in 1998, and the manga was not finished. The protagonist Shimamura Takashi was captured by a group of unidentified people and transformed into a cyborg, but Shimamura Takashi and the eight previous cyborgs and Dr. Gilmore who implemented the plan successfully escaped from the organization. From then on, he and the doctor and the other eight cyborgs became the only force in the world that could fight against the evil organization.
