CATDOLL: "Akihabara Trip" TV animation to be aired in January 2017

The TV animation of "Akihabara Trip" has been decided and is expected to start broadcasting in January 2017, the official website announced. The animation will be produced by GONZO, supervised by Hiroshi Ikehata, series composition: Hyodo Ikpo, character design: Manda Hajime.

The work is adapted from the PSP game of the same name produced by ACQUIRE in 2011, and was subsequently adapted into a manga serialized in "Dengeki Master" by Kenji Mizuta in June 2012.

Story introduction: In Akihabara at night, the protagonist Tanaka Akihiro (田中アキヒロ) is looking for his friend who was attacked by an unknown man. The man is one of the "vampires (blood demons)" circulating in Akihabara, and Akihiro and his friend were seriously injured by the man.
