CATDOLL: Iona is so cute on the big screen! The sci-fi naval battle "Arpeggio of Blue Steel" theatrical version will be released next January

As a military geek, it is impossible not to be excited to hear this news! The TV version has changed the original manga beyond recognition. I don't know how much the movie version can make up for it. At least it is enough to prevent those ship girls from gathering together for a "friendly" meal...

It is TGS now, and this news was also announced at the TGS venue. The new movie is named "Arpeggio of Blue Steel - ARS NOVA - DC", and the content is a very "popular" way of original selection + new content. According to reliable sources, Blue Steel is going to make two theatrical versions, and DC is just the first one!

Since it is TGS, there will not be a booth for a separate animation. In fact, this project is a joint project between "Blue Steel" and the online battleship game "World of Warships", just like the previous joint project between "Girls und Panzer" and "World of Tanks". You can probably see Iona in the game and Western battleships in the movie.
