"Penguin Tank" tells the story of the Takakura family in Suginami District, Tokyo, where there live a pair of brothers, Kanye and Akima, and a sister, Haruki, who suffers from an incurable disease. However, when Haruki bought the penguin hat from the aquarium as a souvenir, she finally couldn't hold on...
