The light novel "Is It Wrong to Expect a Dungeon Encounter?", which won the GA Bunko 2013 Newcomer Award, has finally been adapted into an animation. The animation will be produced by JCSTAFF, which has produced "A Certain Magical Index" and "The Perverted Prince and the Stony Cat." The director will be Yoshiki Yamakawa, who directed "Little Busters! ~Refrain~." Shigeki Kimoto, who worked on "Witch's Mission," will be the animation director. The series composition will be handled by Hideki Shirane, a veteran animation screenwriter who has worked for 17 years.

As for CAST, Yoshitsugu Matsuoka, who voiced Kazuto Kiritani in Sword Art Online, will play the male protagonist Bell Crane.
