CATDOLL: Appleseed Alpha Blu-ray will be released soon

The Japanese version of Appleseed Alpha will be released on January 17, 2015. Special tickets for viewing throughout Japan, information on the release of the Blu-ray and DVD discs, and the release of the soundtrack have been announced.

The Japanese version of Appleseed Alpha, which was supervised by the original author of Appleseed, Shirow Masamune, and revised the script and lines, will be officially released on January 17, 2015. The special viewing ticket for the whole country will be sold in 23 cinemas in Japan from November 1, with the ticket price of 1,500 yen (about 84.80 yuan) including tax, and the ticket price on the premiere day is 1,800 yen (about 101.75 yuan). The special gift is a B2 double-sided poster, the front side is the overseas version poster that is difficult to get in Japan, and the back side is the Japanese version poster.

The Blu-ray and DVD of this work will be released on February 18, 2015. The limited edition Blu-ray will be available in theaters starting from January 17, 2015, the day of the release. The Japanese soundtrack will be released on January 14, 2015. The first limited edition contains two CDs and one DVD, and the bonus is a replacement cover with a new illustration by Shirow Masamune. The regular edition only has two CDs.
