In the newspaper Yomiuri Shimbun today (December 31), a full page was used to publish the news that the animation Derek Monogatari will be broadcasted in 4 episodes today.

This is an anime adaptation of the popular light novel "Yimonogatari" from the Monogatari series written by Nisio Isin. The anime will be broadcasted on the evening of December 31st on TOKYO MX, BS11, and Niconico for 4 episodes. The BD is divided into two volumes, the first volume will be released on February 4, 2015, and the second volume will be released on March 4, 2015. The ending theme sung by Claris in the film is "border" and will be released on January 7, 2015.
