CATDOLL: Readers' resentment is burning! Japan votes for the 10 comics that people want to see the endings of the most

For your favorite comics, do you want it to end later or do you want to see the ending soon? Maybe different people have different attitudes. But for the following 10 comics, I guess everyone has the same opinion: the author should fill in the gaps! My son is already playing soy sauce, but you haven't finished it yet!

These 10 works were selected from a recent survey conducted by a Japanese website, with 250 male and female respondents. The same ranking means the same number of votes. See if there is any work whose ending you have been waiting for.

First place: "Oolong Police Station"

"Uryū Police Station" (originally named "This is Katsushika-ku Kameari Park-mae Police Station") has been serialized for more than 30 years since September 21, 1976, and is listed in the Guinness World Records. "Uryū Police Station" is the most serialized youth manga in Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump. The Japanese single volume has been published to the 191st volume (published in August 2014), and it continues to break the Guinness World Record for the most serialized episodes (1,800 episodes, as of the 21st issue in 2013). The total sales volume exceeds 150 million copies, making it the most circulated manga in the Guinness World Records. It was filmed into a live-action TV series in 2009.

I want to ask if the author isn’t tired of drawing the same work for 40 years in a row?

First place: Detective Conan

The work was first created in 1994 and is still being serialized in Shogakukan's manga magazine Weekly Shonen Sunday. The work has also been adapted into a TV animation and a live-action TV series of the same name.

Readers who choose this work probably can't bear to see Kudo Shinichi and Mao Lilan continue to live without knowing each other, and hope that they can finally get married? However, whether it is the sales of comics, TV ratings or movie box office, there is no trend of decline. Mr. Aoyama Gosho said that he would continue to save money for milk powder for his grandchildren!

3. One Piece

It was serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump No. 34 in 1997. As of November 2013, the circulation has exceeded 345 million copies worldwide, making it the most circulated Japanese manga in the world.

The author Eiichiro Oda said that the story has just progressed halfway... It may take a long time before the true meaning of ONE PIECE is known.

Fourth place: Glass Mask

The manga by Japanese manga artist Miuchi Suzue is one of the two classic Japanese girls' manga, along with "The Royal Emblem", and has been adapted into movies many times. The manga began serialization in the magazine "Hana to Yume" in 1976. The total sales of the single volume worldwide have exceeded 45 million copies.

The readers back then have probably grown from young girls to grandmothers now...

5. Hunter x Hunter

Hunter x Hunter is a manga by Japanese manga artist Yoshihiro Togashi. It has been serialized irregularly in the Japanese manga magazine Weekly Shonen Jump (Shueisha) since 1998. There are also peripheral media products such as TV animation, theatrical version and video game adapted from the original work.

Yoshihiro Togashi said that any random drawing of his can beat all the other works in seconds, and it’s actually just the readers’ habit.

6. Skull 13

A work by Japanese manga artist Saito Takao, the protagonist is Golgo 13, a killer with top-notch sniping ability. It has been serialized in Shogakukan's Big Comic magazine since November 1968 (when it was published, it was already the January 1969 issue) and has been running for more than 45 years, making it the longest-running work in Japanese manga history. The single-volume book has 170 volumes, the third highest number of volumes, and has sold more than 200 million copies.

The above "Ulong Police Station" and "Glass Mask" both lost...

6. Delicious Challenge

The manga was written by Tetsu Kagaya and illustrated by Akira Hanasaki. It has been serialized since 1983 and was adapted into a television animation that premiered between 1988 and 1992. By the time the 110th volume of the manga was published, more than 120 million copies had been sold.

The author must be a serious foodie to be able to draw food comics for 30 consecutive years!

8. The First Divine Fist

A youth manga by Japanese manga artist Joji Morikawa. It has been serialized in Weekly Shonen Magazine since 1989. As of October 2013, a total of 104 volumes have been published and it has not yet been completed.

The hardest working boxer in history!

9. NANA

The manga "NANA" has been serialized in the Japanese manga monthly "Cookie" owned by Shueisha since 1999. However, due to the health problems of the author Yazawa Ai, the manga has been suspended since June 2009, and the resumption date has not been determined. Up to the time of suspension, a total of 84 episodes have been serialized.

The author's illness should have been cured a long time ago...

9. "JoJo's Bizarre Adventure"

A youth manga by Japanese manga artist Hirohiko Araki. It was serialized in the sixth volume of Shueisha's youth manga magazine Weekly Shonen Jump (1987-2004), and then in Shueisha's youth manga magazine Ultra Jump after 2005. The theme of the whole work is "praising humanity", and it currently consists of eight volumes and is currently being serialized.

The father's story is over, and the son's story will take over. The author can continue to draw until he really doesn't want to draw anymore. But the story is exciting enough~
