CATDOLL: The comic book "Sky Bee" adapted from Keigo Higashino's novel has begun serialization

The manga of the same name adapted from Keigo Higashino's novel "Sky Bee" began serialization on February 10 in "EVENING" published by Kodansha. The manga is drawn by Yukari Nekoda, who serialized "Sakura taboo" in "MORNING". The film version of the novel will be released in the fall of 2015, directed by Yukihiko Tsutsumi, with Yosuke Eguchi and Masahiro Motoki as the protagonists.

The novel "Sky Bee" was published in 1995. The story is about a super-large military helicopter that was remotely controlled and hovered directly above a nuclear power plant reactor in Japan. The suspect, who called himself "Sky Bee", threatened to crash the helicopter and demanded that all nuclear power plants in the country be destroyed. The police quickly intervened in the investigation, and suddenly news came that there was a nine-year-old boy on board. At this time, there were less than five hours left before the helicopter ran out of fuel. The novel describes the eight-hour psychological warfare of the men facing this crisis.
