CATDOLL: "Gundam of the Corsair" wins first place! The most popular manga in Japan that people want to be animated

Today we bring you the ranking of "the most desired completed works to be animated". The first place this time is "Crossbone Gundam" (Mobile Suit Crossbone Gundam) from the Gundam series. "Crossbone Gundam" is a work written by Yoshiyuki Tomino and illustrated by Yuichi Hasegawa. It was serialized from 1994 to 1997. The second and third places are both works from Jump. The second place is Yoshiyuki Nishi's "Magic Law Firm" (ムヒョとロージーの魔律相谈務所). The third place is Toshiaki Iwashiro's "PSYREN" (PSYREN-サイレン-). Both works are long works with more than 15 volumes.

Twenty years later, the fans' enthusiasm remains unchanged, and "Mobile Suit Crossbone Gundam" has successfully topped the list. This work was first serialized in the comic magazine "Monthly Shonen Ace" in 1994, and its sequel is still serialized in the comic magazine "Monthly Gundam Ace". It is indeed a work with lasting popularity. The story of "Mobile Suit Crossbone Gundam" takes place after the movie "Mobile Suit Gundam F91". It is the first Gundam manga work that director Yoshiyuki Tomino directly participated in, and it has been extremely popular since the beginning of serialization.

The second and third place "Magic Law Firm" and "PSYREN" are both works of "Weekly Shonen Jump", and both have more than 15 volumes of comic books released. The sixth place "Mr. FULLSWING" has even released 24 volumes of comic books. Such a long time of serialization is a good proof of the continued popularity. However, these works have not been animated, but it is precisely because of this that they have won the long-term expectations of fans.

The fourth one, "Magic Circus", seems to be the most likely to be adapted into an animation at the moment, because the author Kazuhiro Fujita's other work, "Ushio and Tora", was just announced to be adapted into an animation a few days ago. Maybe we will be able to see good news about the "Magic Circus" animation soon.

The fifth one, "PLUTO", was made into a movie in Hollywood, USA, and the seventh one, "The Solitary Gourmet", was also adapted into a TV series and received rave reviews. Both works were adapted into film and television works starring real people. It is natural for fans to want to watch the animated version. After all, there are many things that can only be expressed through animation.

The eighth-placed "Animal Kingdom" is a very humorous work that tells stories about animals. If it is really animated, I wonder how these slightly "strange" animals will be portrayed. The ninth-placed "Kushukucha 3-chome" was once adapted into a radio drama. The tenth-placed "Shippuuden Tokugo no Taku" is the oldest work on the list.

Ranking of "Completed Works You Most Want to Be Animated":

First place: "Mobile Suit Crossbone Gundam" (Original work: Tomino Yoshiyuki, illustration: Hasegawa Yuichi "Monthly Shonen Ace")

Second place: "Magic Law Firm" (author: Nishi Yoshiyuki "Weekly Shonen Jump")

Third place: "PSYREN" (Author: Iwashiro Toshiaki "Weekly Shonen Jump")

Fourth place: "Magic Circus" (author: Fujita Kazuhiro "Weekly Shonen Sunday")

Fifth place: "Pluto" (author: Naoki Urasawa "BIG COMIC ORIGINAL")

6. Mr. FULL SWING (Author: Shinya Suzuki, Weekly Shonen Jump)

No. 7: "The Lonely Gourmet" (original work: Masayuki Kusumi, painting: Jiro Taniguchi, "Monthly PANJA")

8. "Animal Kingdom" (Author: Lei Jucheng, "Bessatsu Shonen Magazine")

No. 9: "Happy Teahouse 3-chome" (Author: Songyue Ko "Flowers and Dreams")

10th place: "Shippuden: Tokugawa ga Shigeki" (Original work: Hiroto Sasaki, illustration: Jusan So, "Weekly Shonen Magazine")

From the overall list, it can be seen that the content of the works is very diverse and rich, and works from Weekly Manga Jump also occupy a large number of places. In 2014, many popular works that have been completed have been animated. I wonder what will happen this year? I hope that the masterpieces on the list can be animated as soon as possible to repay the fans' expectations for many years!
