CATDOLL: Ishikawa Masayuki's manga "The Man Who Believes in Himself 2" is adapted into a live-action Japanese drama

Ishikawa Masayuki's works such as "Moe Fungus Story" and "Pure Maria" have left a deep impression on anime fans. Recently, her short comic "Believe in Your Man 2" was adapted into a live-action Japanese drama. The live-action Japanese drama version was renamed "Believe in Your Man" and will be broadcast on Fuji TV's "World Wonderful Stories 25th Anniversary Special Spring ~ Popular Cartoonist Competition ~" at 9 pm on April 11.

"The Man Who Believes in Themselves 2" tells the story of two men who meet by chance and have a very weak sense of existence, and use this characteristic to plan a bank robbery. This work is included in the short story collection "Weekly Ishikawa Masayuki" by Ishikawa Masayuki. The live-action version is played by Goro Inagaki as the protagonist Jiro Hiroi, who is a company employee. Toru Tezuka plays Mamoru Kageyama, who persuades the protagonist to rob the bank together.

The works in the "Popular Manga Artist Competition" are all adapted from manga. Previously, the "Rubber Man" in which Eiichiro Oda's "One Piece" protagonist Luffy appeared in CG was also broadcast.
