The recent April hit anime "Yamada-kun and the Seven Witches" has a new development. The official website revealed that the first Blu-ray and DVD sets of the anime will include the manga and anime in collaboration with "Bad Boy and the Eyed Girl". Since the original author of "Yamada-kun and the Seven Witches" and "Bad Boy and the Girl with Eyes" is Miki Yoshikawa, this joint work was also created by her.
The Blu-ray and DVD sets will be released on August 26th, with the Blu-ray set priced at 20,000 yen and the DVD set priced at 16,000 yen. The video content includes the first six episodes of the TV version of the animation and the opening and ending credits without subtitles. The Blu-ray and DVD sets also include a lottery postcard that can win a manuscript of Miki Yoshikawa. Other items in the set include a postcard of the ending illustrations of the first six episodes of the animation and a priority lottery ticket for the live event held on November 15th. The second volume of the anime's Blu-ray and DVD sets is scheduled to be released on November 24th, with the same retail price as the first volume. The second volume will include episodes 7 to 12 of the TV anime. The set includes a CD with the program "Yamada-kun and the Seven Witches and the Seven Secrets" and the web radio program "Listener-kun and the Two Witches" that aired before the anime aired. In addition, the set also has another raffle postcard to win an unprocessed manuscript of Miki Yoshikawa, a postcard of the ending illustrations of episodes 7 to 12, and a file containing all the ending illustration postcards. |
