How should I put it? First of all, the biggest difference is the setting of twin tails and single tail (although Lucy's twin tail image has appeared in the comics), and the upper eyelids of the eyes. The tail of Lucy's upper eyelid has a certain curvature (I don't know what the professional term is), and in the abandoned setting, Lucy's upper eyelid is just a flat line (it is not ruled out that it is a spoof version or something else) and then...that's it.
