CATDOLL: "JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stardust Crusaders" voice actors give their final remarks

On June 19, the final episode of the Egypt chapter of "JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Stardust Crusaders" was broadcast on various channels. After the dubbing work was completed, Daisuke Ono, Unsho Ishizuka, Kenta Miyake, Daisuke Hirakawa, Fumio Komatsu, Misato Fukuen, Taketo Koyasu and others expressed their feelings about the work or the characters. The following is an introduction to the details:

——Please tell us your thoughts on the final recording.

Daisuke Ono: Everyone put all their passion into the work, no regrets! I'm completely burned out!

Ishizuka Unsho: Ah~ It's finally over. It took a long time, but it was a short journey for me.

Miyake Kenta: How should I put it... I don't want it to end at all... I still want to immerse myself in the world of Stardust Crusaders, that's the feeling.

Daisuke Hirakawa: I feel lonely now that the work is finished, but I also feel relieved because a heavy burden has been lifted off my shoulders. It's an incredible feeling. I like dubbing this drama more than I thought, and I am under more pressure than I thought. I didn't realize this until now.

Komatsu: As for me, I probably felt like, "It's over... it's finally over..." The more I think back to the scenes of dubbing in the past, the lonelier I feel. However, Polnareff smiled at the end, and I believe that there will be a bright and bright future waiting for him. I was also moved by him.

Fukuen Misato: Although Iggy's appearance ends here, I am still very excited because Jotaro and the others are still fighting! I was even more sad when Abdel died in battle than when Iggy died, and I felt heavy even when I went to the dubbing site. It can be said that the fact that I can feel this kind of emotion is the result of everyone's hard work, and I am very grateful to everyone!

Koyasu Taketo: DIO gave me many opportunities to show my acting skills, and the dubbing process was very fulfilling. Thank you very much DIO!

——Including dubbing and activities, what is the most memorable thing?

Ono: The voice actors gradually integrated with the characters, and even their personalities and behaviors became very similar. So now, I always unconsciously call Unsho-san grandpa (laughs).

Ishizuka: The "JOJO fever" that the staff and other voice actors exude is amazing!!

Miyake: After Abdel died, my dubbing work was completed. But Ono-kun would still send me text messages, saying "Do your best today!" After seeing the text messages, even if I didn't have any scenes, I felt like I was dubbing. I am really grateful to Ono-kun.

Hirakawa: The atmosphere at the dubbing site was very lively! The voice actors and staff all loved "JOJO" and said they wanted to make it the best work. This time was very precious to me.

Komatsu: The first time I participated in the event, I was most impressed. People who like JOJO and those who follow the series were very enthusiastic, which made me feel the charm of JOJO again.

Fukuen: When we first recorded the series, we took a photo together. The composition of the photo was exactly the same as the family portrait of the characters in the drama. On the day of Ichi's last voiceover, I asked everyone to take a photo together again. Compared to the first photo, the atmosphere of the last photo was very harmonious. Every time I see that photo, I want to cry.

——Please tell us more about your thoughts on the role you played.

Ono: I am sincerely grateful for meeting Jotaro, working with the excellent staff and voice actors, and challenging myself in acting... for all of this!

Ishizuka: I played the role of an elder who often counsels others, but he has a very sunny personality and I like him very much.

Miyake: Abdel is such a passionate man. The whole play seems to revolve around his rescue of Polnareff and the others.

Hirakawa: Thank you for giving me the opportunity to know "JOJO" through this work, and thank you for letting me like "JOJO" as a work. I am very grateful for being able to meet the characters and have the opportunity to voice them!

Komatsu: He is sometimes arrogant, sometimes confused, and also innocent. He is a character that you both love and hate. I think Polnareff is happy enough to be loved by everyone. He finally grew up and defeated Vanilla Ace. It was a great job!

Fukuen: What a handsome man! He is the most handsome character I have ever played! It is not quite appropriate to say that Iggy is everyone's companion, because he has always been close to the protagonists. Polnareff once saved his life, and he was grateful to him at that time. In addition, in the animation, his words "Beasts have dignity too!" and his provocative smile made Iggy's character more full, and I fell in love with him because of this. I put a lot of effort in acting that scene.

Koyasu: The character creation of DIO is very successful, making people feel that he is a character with infinite possibilities.

——Please say a few words to the audience.

Ono: This journey is about to end, but it is not a journey for one person, but a journey for everyone who loves JOJO. Let us move forward together and reach the end!

Ishizuka: The next climax is probably the highlight of the battle with DIO. It is also the best and most intense battle!

Miyake: Are we finally going to have a fight to the death with that bastard DIO... Jotaro! I fully support you! Do your best! - by Polnareff

Hirakawa: The battle between Jotaro and DIO is imminent, and the battle scenes will definitely be more exciting than before. As a fan, I am also very excited! So please don't blink and watch to the end! Please!!

Komatsu: After all the laughter and tears, we finally reached the final episode of the third part! Everyone, please look forward to the final battle! After watching it, you can either revisit the first three parts in one go, or look forward to the next one without looking back. As long as it can leave an impression in the hearts of the audience, that's enough.

Fukuen: This work is full of love from the voice actors and production staff, I hope everyone will watch it to the end!

Koyasu: I also hope that everyone will watch to the end. Please enjoy the last episode.
