CATDOLL: "Saint Seiya" live-action and new CG animation film production decided!

At the "Comic Con Experience 2016", Kozo Morishita revealed that the "Saint Seiya" series will have three new projects, including a new CG movie, a live-action movie and a secret project. "Saint Seiya: Legend of Sanctuary" released in June 2014 was a full CG animation. The film grossed over 82 million yen in Japan in its first week, ranking sixth, but received poor reviews. Yahoo Movies Japan gave it a score of 2.91 (out of 5), and many fans expressed disappointment. Can the new CG animation film announced this time achieve better results?
Regarding the live-action version and the secret project mentioned by Kozo Morishita, no further information has been released yet. Anime Star will continue to pay attention to these three new projects of "Saint Seiya". |
