The broadcast time of the TV animation "Miss Sakurako's Body Buried Underfoot" has been announced. It is expected to premiere on TOKYO MX at 24:30 on October 7. The broadcast time of KBS Kyoto TV is scheduled at 25:00 on October 7, followed by SUN TV at 25:30 on October 7. The broadcast time of Hokkaido is 26:28 on October 10, while Saitama TV, Chiba TV and TVK are all broadcast at 24:30 on October 11. Gifu Broadcasting and BS11 TV are scheduled to broadcast at 25:00 and 27:00 on October 12, respectively, and Mie TV and TVQ Kyushu Broadcasting will broadcast at 26:20 and 27:05 on October 13.

"The Corpse Buried Under Miss Sakurako's Feet" is a light novel written by Japanese light novelist Shiori Ota and illustrated by Tetsuo. As of the sixth volume, the cumulative sales have reached 600,000 copies. In the previously launched online radio drama, Yuki Kaji and Ami Koshimizu had voiced Shotaro and Sakurako.

"There's a Corpse Buried Under Miss Sakurako's Feet" tells the story of Sakurako Kujo, a young lady who considers herself a beauty and is very fond of human skeletons, and Shotaro Tatewaki, a high school student living in Asahikawa City, Hokkaido, who are involved in and solve various cases.
