CATDOLL: The TV animation version of "Heavy Arms" has been confirmed to be 24 episodes and will be broadcast on October 2

The TV anime "Heavy Arms", adapted from the light novel of the same name written by Kamachi Kazuma, the author of the popular series "A Certain Magical Index", and illustrated by Nagira, will premiere on TOKYO MX at 24:30 on October 2. According to the English anime intelligence war "Anime News Network", this work has 24 episodes and is a half-year series.

"Heavy Arms" is set in a future world where super-large weapons, objects, that have changed the way of fighting exist. It tells the story of Quenser, a student studying abroad on the battlefield who aspires to become an object designer, and Heivia, a trainee soldier. The original light novel by Kamachi Kazuma has been published since October 2009.

The production team of the TV animation version of "Heavy Arms" is basically the original team of "A Certain Magical Index". The general supervisor is Watanabe Takashi, the deputy supervisor is Sakurai Yoshiyoshi, the series composition is Yoshino Hiroyuki, the character design is Watanabe Atsuko, the 3DCG is produced by San San Yuan, and the animation production company is JCSTAFF.
