CATDOLL: Super robot work "Galaxy Kamikaze JINRAIGER" will be animated

Today, the new J9 series work "Ginga Kamikaze JINRAIGER", created by the original story and series composition of the super robot animation J9 series, Yamamoto Yu, was officially announced to be animated. The J9 series refers to the three super robot animations "Ginga Tornado Commando", "Ginga Gale", and "Ginga Gale" produced by International Film Company from October 1981 to January 1984, and the latest "Ginga Kamikaze JINRAIGER" will be the fourth animation work in the J9 series.

"Ginga Kamikaze JINRAIGER" is a multimedia joint project, in addition to animation, there are novels, comics, games, etc. Today, the official announced that the animation production committee of "Ginga Kamikaze JINRAIGER" has been established. This work is produced by PIERROT, the animation production company that has produced "Tokyo Ghoul" and "Osomatsu-kun", etc. The rest of the information about the animation broadcast time, production lineup, and voice actor lineup has not been announced.

The characters of "Galaxy Kamikaze JINRAIGER" are all derived from the Chinese classical novel "Water Margin". For example, Shi Jin, Wu Yong, Hu Sanniang, Song Jiang, Lin Chong, Lu Zhishen and other familiar characters in "Water Margin" have become the prototypes of the characters in this work. It feels like we can see a super robot version of "Water Margin". Judging from the currently released posters and character pictures, it is indeed full of the flavor of super animation of the last century.
