CATDOLL: Will the new voice actor for the additional character in the new One Piece movie voice the turtle?

The latest One Piece movie, ONE PIECE FILM GOLD, which will be released in Japan in July, has recently revealed a new character and voice actor. This new character is a turtle (sea turtle?), with different costumes and expressions, and his name is Okarina. He is voiced by Maki Inao, who seems not to be a voice actor? He has only appeared in TV shows so far, and the official has not officially announced it yet.

The original author Eiichiro Oda will be the general producer of the theatrical version of "ONE PIECE FILM GOLD". The third-generation director of the TV animation "ONE PIECE" will be Hiroaki Miyamoto, and the script will be written by Tsutomu Kuroiwa, the screenwriter of the Japanese TV series.
