In the "2016 YouYaoQi Dream Chasing and Monster Hunting Competition", YouYaoQi opened the ultra-short comic competition area for the first time, creating a competition format in which a 4-page ultra-short story is used to tell a fascinating story. It has been welcomed by a large number of comic authors and fans, and received a large number of submissions, many of which are good stories with unique ideas, endless aftertaste, and unlimited potential.

At the same time, readers of YouYaoQi also showed great interest in the ultra-short comics. After accepting the author's worldview, character design, and story logic in a very short period of time, the interesting story that ended abruptly was very memorable and was well received.

Therefore, in 2017, YouYaoQi will hold the "Ultra-Short Comics Award" for several consecutive issues, soliciting submissions throughout the year, and expanding the range of ultra-short comics from 4 pages to 4~8 pages, providing an uninterrupted stage for the wonderful stories in your mind, so that you who have good stories in your heart and want to show your comics talent can embark on the path of a cartoonist from now on!

The ultra-short comics competition will be held on a quarterly basis. Multiple keywords will be provided in each quarter, and comic content can participate as long as it is related to any of the keywords.

At present, the keywords for the first round of the Ultra-Short Comics Award have been officially announced on the special page of YouYaoQi’s official website, namely “Festival”, “Legend” and “Replacement”.

It is reported that the first round of the Super Short Comics Award will officially start soliciting submissions on January 9, 2017. As long as you participate before April 1, you will be able to participate in the first round of selection.
