CATDOLL: The live-action sequel to "Higurashi When They Cry" will be aired in November

The sequel of the horror text adventure game "Higurashi When They Cry" originally created by Japanese Ryukishi07 has been decided to be adapted into a live-action TV series! It is expected to start airing in November. The sequel "Higurashi When They Cry Kai" will include the plots of the "Memei Arc" and "Zinmei Arc", with a total of 4 episodes.

This is the sequel to the "Onigakure-hen", "Wan-ryu-hen" and "Sui-sha-hen" previously produced and broadcast by Japan's Sky PerfecTV! satellite TV station. This is the first time that "Higurashi When They Cry" has been adapted into a live-action TV series, and it faithfully reproduces the world of the original work.
