The anime "Occultic;Nine", adapted from the light novel written by Chiyomaru Shikura, is scheduled to premiere in October. "Occultic;Nine" tells the story of nine unique characters, including a black magic agency and a supernatural doujin manga artist with psychic abilities.

However, with his blog as an opportunity, all the thorough, fanatical, and weird enthusiasts gathered together. The self-contradictory self-proclaimed savior, the divine healing psychic medium, the completely negative super-theoretical college student, the cute fortune-telling teacher, the guide to the afterlife, the future-predicting doujinshi big sister, the black magic agent, the current magazine reporter, and the regretful cosplay otaku detective.

Their fates, which were not supposed to meet, intertwine inexplicably. Afterwards, small "senses of disharmony" begin to arise around them. They gradually turn into huge waves and develop into a major event beyond imagination.
