CATDOLL: Yowamushi Pedal special animation stills released, to be released in theaters in September

The Yowamushi Pedal spin-off manga "Yowamushi Pedal SPARE BIKE" written by Watanabe Wataru has been announced to be adapted into a special animation, which will be released in theaters for a limited time of two weeks starting from September 9. The official recently released some stills of the work, mainly telling the story of Yusuke Makishima, voiced by Shotaro Morikubo.

This special animation tells the story of Makishima Yusuke of Sohoku High School and Toudou Jinpachi of Hakone Academy. The Makishima story tells about Makishima's first year of high school when he joined the Sohoku Cycling Club, and the Toudou story tells about Toudou's encounter with a folding bicycle in his second year of junior high school.
