The National Cybersecurity Incident Response and Strategy Center (NISC) of Japan is an agency directly under the Cabinet Office and the Prime Minister. It was established on January 9, 2015. It will be posted by relevant units across Japan at the beginning of the event, which can be regarded as a good advertisement for "Ordinal Scale" which will be released in February. In addition, in order to effectively convey the information of "Network Security Month" to the public, NISC will also broadcast the theme promotional video of "Sword Art Online" on the electronic billboards in Kanto and Kansai from February 6 to February 12.
