CATDOLL: The second season of "Tennis Elite" will be broadcast for half a year next spring
The Baby Steps series, which was adapted into an anime in April 2014, has recently announced plans to produce a second season, which will be broadcast on NHK E in the spring of 2015 and is expected to be 25 episodes long. The first season of the anime tells the story of Eiichiro Maruo's struggle to become a professional player, and the second season will focus on his study abroad in the United States.

The animation "Baby Steps Tennis Honors" is adapted from the manga of the same name serialized by Hikaru Katsuki in Weekly Shonen Magazine since 2007. It is produced by Studio Pierrot, which has produced animations such as "Naruto Shippuden" and "Mushi-Bugyo", and is directed by Masahiko Murata, who also directed the movie version of "Naruto Shippuden". The voice actors also include Eiichiro Maruo, Minako Kotobuki, Daisuke Namikawa, and Takuma Terashima.

Eiichiro Ozaki is a freshman in high school who always gets top grades in his subjects. Originally, his life was just about studying hard, but in order to solve the problem of lack of exercise, he began to plan to try sports. When his mother found a tennis club for him and forced him to check it out, his life began to change drastically. He not only fell in love with tennis, but also continued to improve his tennis skills during practice, and during this period, he had a closer contact with the campus idol.

Just one month after he started learning tennis, when he was watching the strong senior Egawa serve, he asked, "Are you also aiming to become a professional?", which accidentally led to a conflict, and then a serve and return duel began. Can Ozaki Eiichiro, who has just practiced tennis for a month, succeed in this challenge?
