The TV animation "Yorimonogatari" is adapted from the light novel of the same name by Nisio Isin. It is the fifth "Monogatari Series" TV animation after "Bakemonogatari", "Nisemonogatari", "Nekomagatta" and "Monogatari Series 2nd Season". It is also the first adapted animation of the final season of the "Monogatari Series". It was broadcast in the form of four episodes on December 31, 2014.

Plot introduction:

"Yi Monogatari" is the first work in the third part of the Monogatari series of novels. Its content includes "Chapter 1: Yokai • Dolls", which tells the strange story of Araragi Koyomi and Azunogi Yokai. After Araragi Koyomi discovered that his body had changed, he sought help from experts in the mystery of the immortal body, Shadow Sei Yusuke and Azunogi Yokai, but was told that "if you use the power of vampires again, you can't turn back into a human." Araragi, who was determined not to use the power of vampires anymore, heard bad news that his two sisters who were visiting Kanhara Suruga's house were kidnapped...
