CATDOLL: "Detective Conan" will be released in Taiwan at the end of January to commemorate the sudden drop in viewership

2014 will be the 20th anniversary of the serialization of "Detective Conan". To commemorate this, a special animation project "The Worst Day in the History of the Disappearance of Edogawa Conan (tentative title)" was produced. However, this animation did create a new low in ratings for the 2-hour special episode. The "Detective Conan" manga has been serialized since 1994 and is the longest-running work in the history of "Shonen Sunday". Currently, 81 volumes have been released (the 82nd volume will be released on January 17), with a total sales of 145 million copies. The animation has also been broadcast since 1996 and has also achieved super high popularity. Why is such a popular work now experiencing a sudden drop in ratings? The editor guesses that it is because they are too tired to watch it for too long...

Taiwan's promotional posters make people want to say something

However, it is this commemorative special episode that caused a new low in ratings. Recently, it was revealed that it will be released in Taiwan at the end of January 2015! Perhaps it is because of the "Japanese anime craze" created by Naruto that Taiwan is trying hard to catch up. I hope that the release of this work in Taiwan can "redeem itself from the previous shame".
