CATDOLL: The final volume of the light novel "Cat Doll Playmate" will be released

Kadokawa's Media Factory has released the 20th volume of the light novel "Cat Girl Playmates", and confirmed that this volume will be the final volume of the light novel. This volume will be published on February 25th.

The light novel tells the story of Alice, a cute space girl with cat ears and a cat tail, living with Kakazuki, a boy living in Okinawa. Kakazuki is a freshman in an ordinary high school. On the first anniversary of the death of the fifth-generation elder of their clan, he met Alice, a cat-eared girl, who was drinking beer with her uncle. Alice claimed to be an alien who came to Earth to conduct research and have fun.

"Asobini Kuyo!" (Japanese original title: "あそびにいくヨ!") is a light novel written by Kanno Ona, illustrated by Discharge Image. The Japanese book was published in Media Factory's "MF Bunko J" in October 2003. After the PS2 game was released in July 2006, it entered the stage of comics and drama CDs. The TV version of "Asobini Kuyo!" was broadcast on Mainichi Broadcasting and independent UHF stations in July 2010, with a total of 12 episodes. The anime "Asobini Kuyo!" OVA Blu-ray was released on June 15, 2011.
