CATDOLL: The murderer of the 13-year-old boy who shocked Japan turned out to be a fan of "Love Live!"

On February 20, a heinous murder occurred in Tama River, Kawasaki City, Japan, which shocked the whole of Japan. The victim of this case, known as the " Kawasaki Chu 1 Murder Case ", was Ryota Uemura, a 13-year-old first-year junior high school student. He died of hemorrhagic shock after being cut in the neck with a knife at around 2 a.m. Not to mention that the method of committing the crime was suspected of imitating the ISIS extreme terrorist organization, what surprised the media was that the police arrested three suspects who were only 17 or 18 years old afterwards. It turned out that the three were fans of the idol animation project "Love Live!", which is very popular in Japan... This made all LLers shudder.

An acquaintance of the deceased and the suspect was interviewed by the media. When the media asked this mutual friend, "What is the common interest between Uemura and the suspect?" He answered "animation"...

This already made Japanese anime fans feel bad! When further questioning, this acquaintance even revealed that "they are all talking about LoveLive!" Maybe they should be thankful that the "LoveLive!" animation has already finished airing, otherwise if this interview spreads, the animation might "stop airing on its own initiative."

The program also very "carefully" introduced "LoveLive!"...

He and the suspect, a junior high school student named Uemura, met through LoveLive! The LINE conversations between the three of them were all about LoveLive! Some sharp-eyed Japanese netizens even noticed that the mutual friend was wearing a black jacket during the interview...

It’s the birdie jacket from LoveLive! ! !

First of all, I want to express my grief for this incident. Then, although I am not a fan of "LoveLive!", I still want to say that the three murderers must have committed such a vicious crime as a result of various complex factors (society, family, school...). Although I don't know what impact this incident will have on "LoveLive!", it is definitely wrong to simply blame the murderers' brutality on an animation. You can't assume that it is the fault of sushi if you find out later that the murderers all love to eat sushi.
