CATDOLL: Pikachu and Chopper added voice actors to the July series "The Melancholy of the Monsters"

The new anime "The Melancholy of Monogatari-an" which will be aired in July 2016 has added voice actors again. Popular voice actors such as Takagaki Aya, Hikasa Yoko, and Suwabe Junichi have all joined the cast, including senior voice actor Otani Ikue, who voiced Pikachu and Chopper.

Judging from the second official promotional PV, more voice actors will dub more characters this time, including the protagonist Ashiya's classmate, the short-haired, expressionless girl Fujiwara Zenko (CV Takagaki Aya), the sister-control and alcoholic Hermit Legislative (CV Suwabe Junichi), the beautiful drugstore owner Kawahara (CV Hikasa Yoko) and the salamander loli monster Shizuku (CV Hashimoto Chinami). It is worth noting that this work also features the performance of senior teacher Otani Ikue, who has dubbed classic characters such as Pikachu and Chopper, and she will voice the fox demon "Yanhong".
